Dear Piano and Early Music Instrument Enthusiasts!
I am giving a workshop on Saturday, 24th October for pianists and students who are interested in playing the harpsichord and fortepiano.
The goal of the workshop is to give people the opportunity to experience both the fortepiano and harpsichord in a single day. This introduction day for historical keyboard instruments is suitable for adults and pupils from 12 year old.
This workshop is open to a wide range of participants, from those who are able to play Bach’s Inventions to those who are studying music at a professional level. Everyone is warmly welcome to join, so please feel free to take part!
The workshop will be guided by me throughout the entire day. Each participant will receive at least 60 minutes of practice time. Only by actually playing can you experience the difference in character between the instruments.

Repertoire: (maximum 10 minutes) Prepare a composition from the Baroque or Classical period written before the year 1800, preferably including a work by J.S. Bach.
